A friend of mine was raving about this place so we decided we'd order via DoorDash this evening. He recommended the chicken tikka, so that's what we got. It came with a ton of deliciously marinated chunks of white meat chicken, a rice that was OK but I'm not big on rice anyway and a very nice chopped salad with what tasted like a cucumber dressing. The chicken was perfectly cooked and intensely spicy but without any heat, it did come with the hot sauce that was very nice and hot that I dipped in and poured on it.It was also incredibly inexpensive, two dinners for the both of us was like 16 bucks. I'll definitely order it again

This is the best spot in town for this kind of food. Every other halal place taste like deli halal food in nyc. The rice is trash, the meat is trash and it might even get you sick. Halal Bites is really good. They remind of me of Shah's halal in NYC. Very high praise. You need to get this ASAP.

Was very pleased and surprised by the excellent quality of the food. Much better than many high priced dishes I've had that are the same. Got a cheeseburger, chicken shawarma over rice (my Arab shawarma loving foodie friend) loved it! Was very impressed by the speed of service and cleanliness of the workers when handling our meals. Best halal food I've had in awhile!

Lets begin with the nice delivery guy in the cold weather. ok anyways ., me and my friend we ordered fish rice and chicken shawarma. For us , we both agreed that the rice tasted weird since the first time we tried this place , it tasted much better the first time...
anyways the fish , the salad , and the pita bread that comes with it really satiates my appetite for real food after eating dining hall food for so long . Truthfully , I would order from here again since I cant escape college and I cant cook decent food without burning anything to save my life ,. -

Loved it! Reasonably priced and tastes great. I got the chicken shawarma with BBQ and ranch sauce on it and an empanada with cheese and chicken. I wasn't a fan of the empanada but the shawarma was the star of my dinner. It's a good value for poor college students since it's bigger portion sizes while still maintaining a fair price.
